Definitions
Company: Dileepa Dolewaththa Private Limited.

1. By posting an advertisement with our company, you agree to these terms and conditions. The company will not be responsible for any incidents that do not comply with these terms.
2. You must provide accurate information for the advertisement after making the required payment.
3. Advertisements will be published after confirmation. If no response is received before publication, the advertisement will go live.
4. Once published, payments will not be refunded.
5. If there are any discrepancies, notify us via WhatsApp within 24 hours.
6. Legal action will be taken for spreading false or damaging information.
7. Our company only provides a service, and we are not responsible for any transactions between you and vehicle sellers or advertisement agents, except for the LKR 1000 fee charged to the company’s account for posting advertisements.
8. If no updates are provided regarding your advertisement, such as whether the vehicle has been sold or not, the advertisement will be removed from the website after one month.

නිර්වචනය

• සමාගම: දිලීප දොලේවත්ත පුද්ගලික සමාගම

1. ඔබ දැන්වීමක් පලකිරීමට, මුදල් ගෙවීමෙන් පසු, සමාගමට අවශ්‍ය සියලුම තොරතුරු නිවැරදිව ලබාදිය යුතුය.
2. දැන්වීම පළ කිරීමට පෙර ඔබව දැනුවත් කරන අතර, ප්‍රතිචාරයක් නොමැති නම් දැන්වීම පළ වේ.
3. දැන්වීම පළ කිරීමෙන් පසු මුදල් ආපසු ලබාගත නොහැක.
4. සේවා පිළිබඳ ගැටළු ඇත්නම්, කාර්යාල වේලාව තුළදී දැනුවත් කළ යුතුය.
5. අසත්‍ය තොරතුරු හෝ සමාගමට හානියක් වන ආකාරයේ තොරතුරු පැතිරවීම නීතිමය ක්‍රියාමාර්ගයන්ට ලක්වේ.
6. දැන්වීමේ වෙනසක් ඇත්නම් පැය 24ක් තුළ WhatsApp මගින් දැනුම්දිය යුතුය.
7. අප සමාගම ඔබට සපයන්නේ සේවාවක් පමණක් වන අතර ඔබ හා වාහන ගැනුම්කරුවන් හෝ දැන්වීම් නියෝජිතයන් අතර සිදුකෙරෙන (දැන්වීම් පලකිරීමේදී සමාගමේ ගිණුමට බැර කෙරෙන රු.1000 ක මුදල හැර) වෙනත් කිසිදු ගණුදෙනුවකට සමාගම වගකියනු නොලැබේ.
8. ඔබගේ දැන්වීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් කිසිදු යාවත්කාලීන තොරතුරක් ලබා නොදුන්නහොත් එනම් වාහනය විකිණී ඇතිද නැතිද යන වග, එම දැන්වීම මාසයකින් වෙබ් අඩවියෙන් ඉවත් කෙරේ.
